Our lambs are pasture raised and grain finished, developing deep natural flavour with the marbling and fat coverage that makes for tender, mild, and flavourful meat that’s a pleasure to cook.
We sell by the half or whole, custom cut to your order.
Chops, stew, legs bone-in, shoulder roasts, shanks, ground — you get exactly what you want.
$14/lb — based on hanging weight, pickup at the farm.
What is hanging weight?
Hanging weight is the carcass weight after slaughter, before cutting and packaging. Take-home yield typically ranges from 70–85% of hanging weight depending on your cut choices. Bone-in cuts — chops, shanks, bone-in legs — return the highest yield since that bone weight comes home with you.

3. We’ll send you a cut sheet and walk you through it — never done one before? No problem.
4. Pick up at Twig Hill Farm in Upper Stewiacke.
