Shipping Policy
Canadian Orders
We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Flat rate shipping is $25.00 per order. Orders of $100 or more ship free.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your package ships. Canada Post delivery times vary by location but generally take 5-10 business days.
International Orders
We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping may be added in the future - email us at twighillfarm@gmail.com if you'd like to be notified when that happens.
About Tallow in Transit
Our tallow products are formulated to be shelf-stable and travel well. In hot weather, they may soften slightly during shipping, but they'll return to their normal consistency once they cool down. This doesn't affect quality or performance - it's just the nature of working with real ingredients.

Because our tallow products are handcrafted natural skincare, we are unable to accept returns once an item is open or used.
Damaged in Shipping?
If your product arrives broken, cracked, or genuinely damaged, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll send you a replacement at no charge. No need to return the damaged product.

Our tallow products are handmade in small batches using high quality ingredients and while formulated to be robust, we know everyone's skin is unique.
